These terms apply to everyone who creates an account on Fallen Kingdom and plays the game.

Fallen Kingdom is a free online game. You play with virtual creatures, resources and buildings; they have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.
Donations are voluntary, give no advantage in the game and are not refunded if you later delete your account.
You must be at least 16. One account per person: extra accounts to stack advantages are not allowed.
Keep your password secret; our staff never asks for it. Everything that happens with your account is your responsibility.
No cheating, bots or exploits, no attacks on the servers, no abusive or illegal content in chat, forum or names. We may suspend or delete an account that breaks the rules; in serious cases without refund.
What you write in the game can be seen by other players. Do not share personal data of yourself or others.
We do our best to keep the game online, but maintenance, failures and backups can interrupt play. There is no right to a particular level of availability.
We are not liable for loss of virtual goods caused by a failure, a bug or an event outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
The name, design, code and game content remain the property of LeJo Productions. Do not copy or reuse them without permission. What you write yourself (forum, chat) stays yours, but you allow us to show it inside the game.
We may change these terms when the game changes; the current version is always on this page with its date.
Belgian law applies. Disputes go to the court of Antwerpen, unless the law gives you another court.
