We only collect the data needed to run the game and keep it safe.

Who is responsible

Fallen Kingdom is provided by LeJo Productions, eenmanszaak, Meibloemlaan 29, 2460 Kasterlee, België, company number 1042.692.986, VAT BE 1042.692.986.

What we process

• Account data: player name, e-mail address, password (stored encrypted) and sign-up date.
• Game data: your creatures, buildings, resources, battles, ranks and settings.
• Communication: chat, forum posts, private messages and helpdesk tickets.
• Technical data: IP address, login times and browser, used to detect abuse and multiple accounts.
• No payment data: donations run through PayPal (voor vrijwillige donaties); we never see your card or bank details.

Why we process it

To run your account and the game (performance of a contract), to keep the game safe and fight abuse (legitimate interest), and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

• Account and game data: as long as your account exists, then up to 90 days in backups.
• Chat and forum posts: as long as the game exists, as they are part of the game world.
• Technical logs: at most 30 days.
• Accounting records of donations: seven years, as required by law.

Who else sees it

Our own server in the European Union hosts the game and backups, the mail provider sends our e-mails and PayPal (voor vrijwillige donaties) handles donations. We share nothing else unless the law requires it.

Your rights

You may ask which data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict processing, object, and receive your data in a usable format. Mail info@playfallenkingdom.com; we answer within thirty days.

If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels (autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).

Age and security

You must be at least 16 to have an account. Passwords are stored encrypted, we use a secure connection and access to the data is limited to those who need it.
