Fair Play Policy
Fallen Kingdom Game Rules
These rules protect fair competition, player safety and the long-term health of the game and its community.
Last updated: 11 July 2026
The simple version:
play fairly, use your own account, do not automate the game, do not abuse bugs and treat other players with respect.
1 Accounts and account ownership
- Each account must belong to a real player and must use a valid email address.
- Operating multiple accounts to benefit one player, kingdom or battle partner is prohibited.
- Several people in one household may play, but each person must control only their own account.
- Account sharing, account selling, account trading and transferring an account to another person are prohibited.
- You are responsible for keeping your password, email account, recovery links and authentication codes private.
- Staff will never ask for your password or private recovery codes.
2 Automation, bots and external tools
- Bots, macros, auto-clickers, scripted browsers and automated gameplay are prohibited.
- Tools that automatically attack, travel, collect, refresh, post, trade or perform repeated actions are prohibited.
- Software that reads or changes game traffic, memory, requests or responses to gain an advantage is prohibited.
- Accessibility tools are allowed when they do not automate decisions or gameplay actions.
- When unsure whether a tool is permitted, ask staff before using it.
3 Bugs, exploits and unintended mechanics
- Do not knowingly abuse bugs, race conditions, duplicate rewards, negative values or broken calculations.
- Do not repeat an unintended action to create resources, experience, items, creatures, gems, shards or other value.
- Do not hide an exploit, sell it, share it privately or help another player abuse it.
- Stop using a suspicious mechanic and report it through the Bug Report form as soon as possible.
- Rewards or progress gained through an exploit may be removed even when the exploit was later fixed.
4 Battles and competitive integrity
- Do not arrange artificial battles between controlled or coordinated accounts to farm experience, loot or rankings.
- Do not intentionally bypass battle limits, cooldowns, defense windows or target restrictions.
- Do not use another player's account to defend, attack or manipulate a battle outcome.
- Friendly rivalry and strategic cooperation are allowed when every participating account is independently controlled.
- Repeated activity may be reviewed when it resembles boosting, feeding or coordinated exploitation.
5 Kingdoms, trading and shared resources
- Kingdom leaders may set internal rules, but those rules may not conflict with the official game rules.
- Do not use alternate accounts or fake members to inflate kingdom rankings, treasury values or activity.
- Scams, fraudulent promises and deliberate deception involving game assets are prohibited.
- Real-money trading of accounts, resources, items, creatures, services or kingdom positions is prohibited.
- Kingdom treasury actions and leadership decisions remain the responsibility of the players who perform them.
6 Forum, Tavern and messages
- Do not harass, threaten, stalk, shame or repeatedly target another player.
- Hate speech, discriminatory abuse and content attacking protected personal characteristics are prohibited.
- Sexual content involving minors, grooming, exploitation or illegal material results in immediate action.
- Do not publish another person's private information without permission.
- Spam, repeated advertising, meaningless flooding and disruptive formatting are prohibited.
- Keep criticism focused on actions and ideas rather than personal attacks.
7 Links, files and malicious content
- Phishing links, malware, credential theft, fake login pages and malicious downloads are prohibited.
- Do not disguise links or files in a way intended to mislead players.
- Do not attempt to access another player's account, session, email or device.
- Security research must not disrupt the live game or access data belonging to other players.
- Report security problems privately through Contact rather than publishing exploitable details.
8 Names, profiles and impersonation
- Usernames, avatars, signatures, kingdom names and descriptions must follow the community rules.
- Do not impersonate staff, moderators, another player, a company or a public authority.
- Do not use official-looking badges, titles or messages to falsely claim special powers.
- Staff may rename or remove content that is misleading, offensive, unsafe or technically disruptive.
9 Donations, VIP and payments
- Donations and VIP options support the game and do not grant permission to break the rules.
- Payment status must not be manipulated through false references, forged proof or chargeback abuse.
- Never send payment credentials, banking passwords or card details through the forum or private messages.
- Payment questions should be handled privately through the Contact page.
10 Moderation and evidence
- Administrators and moderators may review game logs, reports and relevant account activity.
- Possible actions include warnings, content removal, temporary restrictions, resets, suspensions and permanent bans.
- The response depends on severity, intent, repetition, impact and cooperation with the investigation.
- Attempts to destroy evidence, mislead staff or evade a sanction may lead to additional action.
- Public arguments about private moderation evidence may be removed to protect players and investigations.
11 Reports and appeals
- Use the Bug Report form for normal game bugs and the Contact page for account, privacy or security matters.
- Provide clear facts, dates, screenshots and battle or forum references when available.
- Do not submit false reports or use the reporting system to harass another player.
- A player may respectfully request a review of a sanction through Contact.
- Repeated appeals without new information may be closed without further response.
12 Changes and exceptional situations
- These rules may be updated when the game, law or community changes.
- Major changes will be announced where reasonably possible.
- Not every harmful action can be listed in advance. Deliberately bypassing the spirit of these rules may still be moderated.
- If a rule conflicts with applicable law, the legal requirement takes priority.
